Yumemi Shiatsu Salon

yumemi

Shiatsu massage is a traditional Japanese massage in which the practitioner uses his or her fingers and palms to put pressure on different parts of the body. We’re pleased to offer this service at Yumemi Shiatsu Salon at Enoshima Island Spa.

Shiatsu is based on the holistic system of Traditional Chinese Medicine, wherein illness is thought to result from imbalances in the natural flow of energy throughout the body. Shiatsu massage is believed to calm an overactive sympathetic nervous system, which improves circulation, relieves stiff muscles and alleviates stress!

This treatment is done while the guest is fully dressed in a spa robe (provided) in a salon that is well lit, peaceful and comfortable.
