By creating an account on the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You further confirm that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are accessing the Platform in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. Account Registration and Management

To use the services offered on the Platform, you must register for a personal account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use was facilitated by your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions, suspension, or closure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is BDT 800. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 30,000. The Company reserves the right to impose additional withdrawal restrictions where it deems necessary for security or regulatory compliance purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited in your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or BDT 10,000, whichever is less.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any bet or transaction, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Company.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to comply with identity verification requirements, extended periods of inactivity, or at the Company's sole discretion.

Upon termination of your account, any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable regulations. If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, the Company may forfeit any remaining balance and void any pending bets or withdrawals.

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to account closure, you must withdraw any remaining funds in your account, subject to applicable withdrawal requirements and pending wagering obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes not subject to arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
